FCS sells our pork options at $2.70/pound. Due to the difference in overall weight from one pig to the next, there will be different total yields. This results in different pricing between orders. We do our best to stay within the range of the pricing listed for each package. 

Whole Pork Cut List

Whole Pig

With a whole pork from FCS you will get a mix of roasts, steaks, and sausage. Standard thickness on chops and steaks is 3/4". Standard size on roast are 3lbs. 

Pricing is approximately $530.

Our Quarter Breakfast Style Pork Package is great for those breakfast enthusiasts! Pricing is Approximately $140-$150

3 lb Ham

2-3 Ham slices

3-5 lbs of Bacon

14-16 lbs of sausage (half Maple & half Salt and Pepper)

PRE-DETERMINED MEAT PACKAGES ARE FROM FCS ANIMALS ONLY!

 

Third party custom orders that are ordered through livestock owners will be handled  HERE or over the phone 814-425-7465.

For third party custom orders there will be a $35.00 kill fee, processing is $0.74-$0.76/lb, smoking is an additional $0.50/lb, cased sausage is an additional $0.50/lb.

FCS does not guarantee the quality or overall price of third party animals, as we have no control on how the animal was raised or the pricing set by live stock owner. If an issue arises with third party orders they will need to be taken up with the original livestock owner not FCS.
