Eighth Beef Deposit

$50.00 Deposit required to get your order placed. This deposit is applied to the total cost of the order. The remaining payment due will be required upon pickup.
All orders have a 2–3-week lead time. 
 
We realize not everyone has space to accommodate large orders of beef. 
This package is your most economic and space saving option. 
This requires about 4 cubic feet of freezer space.

Cuts Include:
• 2-3 Chuck Roast (3lbs each)
• 2 Delmonico Steaks (1pkg)
• 2 Sirloin Steaks
• 2 packages of Sirloin Tip Steaks
• 2 Porterhouse Steaks (1pkg)
• 2 T-bone Steaks (1pkg)
• 1 Rump Roast (2lbs)
• 2 packages of Stew Meat
• 15lbs of Burger
 
Total amount of ground beef will vary from order to order depending on the weight of the animal. Total cost of your order will be determined on the hanging weight, after field dressing. Due to the difference in overall weight from one beef to the next, there will be different total yields. This results in different pricing between orders. We do our best to stay within the range of the pricing listed for each package.
