$100.00 Deposit required to get your order placed. This deposit is applied to the total cost of the order. The remaining payment due will be required upon pickup.
All orders have a 2–3-week lead time.
FCS processes a half divided down the middle of the animal.
This means you will get a mix of roasts, steaks, and burger. This requires about 12 cubic feet of freezer space.

• 12-16 T-bone Steaks
• 8 Porterhouse Steaks

• 1 Flank Steak for Broiling
• 80lbs Ground Burger (1lb packages)
• 24 Cube Steaks (3 packs of 4 in each)
• 8 Round Steaks (2 per pack)
• 8-10 Packs of Stew Meat
• Brisket
• Short Ribs
• 2 Rump Roast (3lbs)
Total amount of ground beef will vary from order to order depending on the weight of the animal. Total cost of your order will be determined on the hanging weight, after field dressing. Due to the difference in overall weight from one beef to the next, there will be different total yields. This results in different pricing between orders. We do our best to stay within the range of the pricing listed for each package.
