$100.00 Deposit required to get your order placed. This deposit is applied to the total cost of the order. The remaining payment due will be required upon pickup.
All orders have a 2–3-week lead time.

FCS offers a whole pork package for your convenience.
Standard thickness on chops and steaks is 3/4”. Standard size on roast are 3lbs. This requires about 8 cubic feet of freezer space.
Pricing is approximately $450-500.

• Pork Chops (Regular)
• Pork Chops (Stuffing)
• Bacon Cured / Smoked
• Ham Cured / Smoked Sliced
• Ham Fresh Shank 1/2 Ham
• Spare Ribs
• Sausage - bulk 1lb packages - equal amounts of the following flavors:
•       Hot, Mild (sweet Italian), and
•       Regular (salt and pepper)
 
Note: Total amount of each item will vary from order to order depending on the size, shape, and weight of the animal.
